What makes Serenity & Stone eco-friendly?

Each component of our packaging is eco-friendly. We strive to remain as plastic-free as possible with the majority of our packaging being recyclable, compostable, and/or biodegradable. You can find a list of all of our packaging below.
Shipping boxes - Made from 100% recycled corrugate. Our boxes are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable.
Bubble Mailers - Made from Kraft fiber. These mailers are 100% biodegradable. The bubble cushioning is made of PBAT and modified cornstarch.
Honeycomb packing paper - 100% recycled, biodegradable, and compostable.
Shipping labels - 100% recycled. These labels are on a zero waste liner and completely curbside recyclable.
Fragile stickers - 100% plastic-free stickers made from paper and water-based adhesive. Curbside recyclable.
Packaging tape - Made from 100% Kraft fiber. The plant-derived adhesive and backing is renewable and biodegradable. Our tape is curbside recyclable and printed with water-based ink.
Tissue Paper - Made from 100% post industrial recycled fibers and curbside recyclable.
Kraft filler paper - Made from 100% Kraft fiber.

Are your crystals sustainably sourced?

Yes! We work hard to ensure all of our crystals are sustainably sourced. We thoroughly research all of our suppliers. It is very important that our suppliers believe in fair working conditions and that they source their crystals from countries that have responsible mining guidelines.

What kind of crystals can be found at Serenity & Stone?

Serenity & Stone has curated a collection of both unique and common crystals in various sizes. You can find carvings, geodes, tumbles, raw crystals, and more. We are always adding more crystals to our shop so be sure to check back often.

I can't find a specific crystal I'm looking for. Can Serenity & Stone help?

Of course! Reach out to us through our contact page with the type of crystal you are looking for and we will do our best to find it for you!

Does Serenity & Stone carry any products besides crystals?

Serenity & Stone currently offers Peruvian Palo Santo bundles. Our Palo Santo has been sourced sustainably and ethically in Peru. It is harvested only from naturally fallen Palo Santo wood. Our supplier supports ongoing Palo Santo reforestation, conservation of the natural habitat throughout Peru and Ecuador, as well as ethical labor conditions.
 
We have other products coming soon, including incense, ash catchers, and bowls.

I ordered a mystery bundle. Can I make any special requests?

Before you checkout, include any preferences in the notes section. We do not guarantee that special requests can be fulfilled, but we will do our best to ensure you receive your desired crystals. If you purchased a pre-picked mystery bundle, you are not able to choose the items.

I ordered a mystery bundle. Does Serenity & Stone provide the names of the crystals that were included?

Yes! Each bundle will come with a note card that has the name of each crystal listed. We do not provide pictures or physical descriptions.

My crystals arrived damaged. What are my options?

If your crystals arrive damaged, please reach out to us through our contact page or email us at support@serenityandstone.com. Please make sure to attach pictures. We cannot issue refunds or send a replacement unless we receive pictures of the damaged items.

Does Serenity & Stone offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card under the "SHOP" tab. You can choose between $10.00, $15.00, $25.00, $50.00, or $100.00 and it will be delivered via email. Our gift cards never expire.

Can I choose a specific crystal?

Some of our crystals, such as our tumbles, vary only slightly in size and are stocked in large quantities. Each one is unique, but that makes it difficult to list each crystal individually. We will have listings that allow you to choose your crystal for larger items.

Where can I find the metaphysical properties of each crystal?

You can find the metaphysical properties of each crystal in the product description. Each crystal has tons of metaphysical properties, which makes it difficult to include all of them. You can find additional information on websites and in books, but trusting your intuition and personal experience with the crystals can also guide you in understanding their effects on your well-being. It's important to note that we are not certified healers and you should always seek professional medical advice for any health concerns.

I have a health condition or disorder. Will your crystals heal me?

Does Serenity & Stone offer free shipping?

All orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.

Does Serenity & Stone offer international shipping?

We do offer international shipping to various countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please email us at support@serenityandstone.com and we would be more than happy to assist you.

Will I get any freebies with my order?

All orders will come with an affirmation card and palo santo incense cone. If you would like to opt out, please include a note with your order letting us know. We include crystal freebies depending on availability, but we do not guarantee that you will receive one. We are working on making crystal freebies a regular item as we expand our business.
